Placing an Order

When you place an order with Axezee, you confirm that all information submitted is correct, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, product selection, and custom measurements.

Every Axezee piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, our team may begin arranging materials, cutting, stitching, and preparing your garment according to the details you provided.

Please carefully review all order details before completing your purchase. Axezee is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or issues caused by incorrect customer information, incomplete addresses, or inaccurate measurements.

Custom-Made Products

Axezee does not sell mass-produced, ready-made garments for custom orders. Each outerwear or streetwear piece is created specially according to the customer’s submitted measurements and selected product details.

Because your order is custom-made specifically for you:

• You are responsible for submitting accurate measurements.
• You should double-check all custom measurement details before placing the order.
• We cannot guarantee that a custom-made item will match the fit, feel, or sizing of another brand.
• Minor fit preferences, such as wanting an item more fitted, loose, short, or long after delivery, are not considered product faults.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for sizing, fit, incorrect measurements, change of mind, or personal preference.

Product Details and Craftsmanship

Axezee products are handmade with care. We aim to display product images, colours, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, fabric texture, leather grain, and handmade production.

Minor variations in colour tone, stitching, finishing, texture, grain, or material appearance are natural characteristics of handmade products. They are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Each Axezee piece is intended to have its own character. Small handmade variations are part of what makes every custom garment unique.

Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the Axezee website are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Prices, promotional offers, product availability, and shipping charges may change without prior notice.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Axezee reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not successfully processed, if an order appears fraudulent, or if there is an error in product pricing, product information, availability, or order details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once materials have been sourced, allocated, cut, or the production process has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Because Axezee items are custom-made, an order cannot be cancelled once it has entered production. Please review your measurements, product choice, colour, design details, and shipping address carefully before confirming your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Axezee ships through trusted courier partners depending on the delivery location. Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, remote-area service, public holidays, or other circumstances outside Axezee’s control.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier requests, or failure to complete customs requirements, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or re-delivery charges.

Returns and Refunds

Axezee pieces are custom-made according to customer-submitted measurements. Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for:

• Sizing or fit concerns
• Incorrect customer-provided measurements
• Change of mind
• Personal style, colour, or design preference
• Sale or promotional items
• Minor handmade variations
• Courier or customs delays outside our control

A return, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund may only be considered if the item arrives damaged, torn, incorrect, or has a genuine material or manufacturing fault.

Any eligible issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

By placing an order with Axezee, you agree to:

Axezee may not be responsible for order delays or issues caused by missing, inaccurate, or unconfirmed information from the customer.

All content displayed on the Axezee website—including our logo, branding, product photographs, product names, product descriptions, website text, graphics, videos, and designs—is owned by Axezee or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or use any Axezee content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Feedback and Reviews

We appreciate customer feedback, reviews, photos, and messages. If you share a review, testimonial, image, or other content with Axezee through our website, email, social media, or other channels, you grant us permission to repost or use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
